We provide support across Melbourne’s east, outer-east, south-east and surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just ask, we’re usually able to help or offer alternatives.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes, we believe in choice and control. We work with you to match support workers based on your needs, preferences, personality, routines and goals.
We prioritise consistency, so you see familiar faces. We make sure our support workers are well trained to meet your needs.

Can I meet the support worker before starting?

Absolutely, we can organise a meet & greet so you feel comfortable before your first shift.

Do your staff have training and qualifications?

Yes, all staff have access to ongoing training and we also provide client-specific training.

What if my needs change?

We are flexible, whether you need more or less support, different shifts or different types of support, we adjust quickly.

Do you support plan-managed and self-managed participants?

We support self-managed and plan-managed participants at this time.

How do I start receiving support?

It’s simple, contact us on 1300 131 074, email us at info@inclusivenursing.com.au or click the link to our referral form. Our team will respond to your enquiry within 1-2 business days. We will walk you through the process and get support started as soon as possible, sometimes in the same week!

Do you support Home Care Package clients?
Yes, we support both NDIS participants and those with Home Care Packages, now known as Support At Home or those with private funding.
Do you charge travel?

NDIS: We charge travel at the standard NDIS rate per km.
Aged Care: Travel charges are included in our hourly rates.

Can you help with medication?

Yes, our nurses and medication trained support workers can assist with medication prompts and administration.

Do you provide nursing care?
Yes, we have Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses available for: 
  • Wound care
  • Continence management 
  • Catheter care
  • Diabetes support
  • Palliative support
  • Health monitoring 
  • Bowel care
What if I need to cancel a shift?
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will change a cancellation fee.
What happens if my usual support worker or nurse is away?

We contact you and do our best to send someone you already know or give you the option to cancel the shift. We avoid sending new support workers without notice.
