Inclusive Nursing provided palliative care to my beautiful Mum in 2024.  It was an extremely difficult time for me, as I had been facilitating Mum’s care largely by myself up until her final weeks.  When the time came to consider getting outside help, I was completely exhausted, emotionally and physically.  A friend recommended Luaine and her team, and the only mistake I made was not retaining them earlier. The sense of relief that came when I was able to hand over the ropes to someone capable, professional and truly caring was immense.
I hope my review helps another individual or family to take the very necessary step of asking for help when your most precious loved one needs you to be their daughter/partner/sister and not their carer.  Inclusive Nursing handled all the admin, medication, liaised with the hospital and Mum’s other service providers and allowed me to go back to being a daughter, spending time with my Mum and holding her hand.

I need many hours of support each week and with other companies I was getting new people all the time. It was stressful never knowing who was going to turn up. Inclusive Nursing & Support has given me a great team of support workers who come to help me regularly. It’s such a relief knowing I’ll see familiar faces who already understand me and my routine. I have access to my live roster, which is also comforting. The staff also attend any team training that’s organised, which makes everything run smoothly. They’re flexible when things change and always willing to help.

This is the first company that actually sent me a support worker who was properly trained in my specific needs before they even started with me. Luaine spoke to me at length to understand what I needed and really delivered. It made such a huge difference. I felt safe and understood right from the beginning. The staff are kind and know what they’re doing. I finally feel like I’m getting the right support.

The team has been so flexible with my changing schedule. The support workers are friendly and easygoing, but also really good at what they do. It’s rare to find people who can be both professional and warm at the same time, but they manage to do it.

Thank you to the Inclusive Nursing team for how they’ve helped my dad. They treat him with so much kindness and patience. It takes a lot of stress off us as a family knowing he is being supported by such a lovely team.

I cannot speak highly enough of the support I receive. The support workers are always on time, well trained and very thorough with everything they do. Whether it’s help with meals, cleaning or community access, they make my home feel like a calm and safe environment. Their friendly nature brings so much warmth to my day and I always look forward to their visits.

The support we received during my mother’s final days was truly exceptional. The team of support workers and nurses who cared for her were not only highly trained and skilled, but also incredibly compassionate and reassuring. Their communication was clear, respectful and consistent, helping us understand what was happening at each stage of a process we had never been through before. Management was outstanding during this time. Luaine was always prompt, flexible and responsive to our constantly changing needs. No request was ever too much. Thier availability made us feel supported every step of the way. During one of the most difficult moments of our lives, this team provided exceptional care. We will always be grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed our family.

I would be happy to recommend Inclusive Nursing to anyone looking for a support worker. In the time that we have used their services we have found them professional and trustworthy. They have provided our son, who has complex needs and behavioural issues, with a dedicated team of skilled workers. All of their staff undertake regular training and they show initiative. They are a pleasure to have in the home assisting us with our son.

I have worked closely with Luaine and the team at Inclusive Nursing for several years. They are my go-to company for support workers. Luaine is very responsive with communication and is thorough in her recruitment processes and who she employs. Luaine’s team played an instrumental role in assisting someone I support at end of life care. The care the showed and provided was amazing. The team also supported some participants whom I support, in a support coordinator capacity, to have his first trip away in a long time. He had an amazing time.

Since I have received Domestic Services from Inclusive Nursing and Support for many months now, I feel impelled to contact you.  My Home Care Package has enabled me to get help in home and the services you provide have been invaluable.  Your support workers and nurses are polite, friendly and are always willing to “go the extra mile”.  Nothing is too much trouble and their work ethic is of high level.
